According to MAI statistics, Africa is still the biggest provider of children for France in 2020, with 32% from Congo, 21% from Madagascar and 13% from Ivory Coast. It's regrettable that 1/3 of the procedures are still done in individual adoptions.
What kind of support is offered during individual adoptions?
At a time when the problems of trafficking in international adoption are being denounced, is this really reasonable? Especially as we can see that 60% of the countries of origin are outside the Hague Convention.
